The niche perfume house reveals the new fruity, floral scent

and the source of its inspiration

Casamorati, the historic Italian perfume house renowned for its blend of heritage and

modernity, presents its latest creation, Tempio d’Acqua. With a launch date of 23 March

2026, Tempio d’Acqua is the first new addition to the Casamorati range since Levar del Sole

in 2024.

Tempio d’Acqua

The fil rouge of Art Nouveau that runs through every Casamorati product is also present

in Tempio d’Acqua. The perfume draws its inspiration from a single source, where artistry,

artisanal skill and nature’s bounty intertwine.

In the hills of Salsomaggiore, not far from Parma, Italy, lies a natural spa that is a masterpiece

of architecture. It was designed to connect man with the healing properties of nature — and

to serve as a reminder of her abundant beauty.

Depictions of blooming flora and fauna interspersed with Greek goddesses adorn the

interior walls in a harmonious fusion of Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Far Eastern influences.

Vibrantly-coloured stained glass windows filter the sunlight and intricate floral motifs add

an extra dimension of tranquility to the already relaxing environment.

The spa’s ability to immerse visitors in the beauty of nature — both physically and visually —

while offering a sensory escape inspired the creation of Tempio d’Acqua. Its scent instantly

sparks a sense of comfort and connection, inviting the wearer to lose themselves amongst

its enchanting notes.

The scent

In the fruity opening of Tempio d’Acqua, the juicy note of peach stands out and lingers

pleasantly, complemented by the delicate nuances of its heart notes. Mahonial illuminates

the composition with its airy, floral touch, while fennel and cistus oil add subtle herbaceous

facets, alluding to the precious water that runs through the spa.

At the base, smooth vanilla softens the smoky and ever-so-slightly spicy qualities of myrrh,

as ambroxan provides resinous warmth.

Top notes: peach, bergamot, mandarin

Heart notes: fennel, cistus oil, Mahonial

Base notes: vanilla, myrrh, Ambroxan
